1. SHIPPING POLICY


Hats and hats will use the service of the USPS priority mail. Customers will pay for any other kind of shipment.

2. RETURN POLICY


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange within seven days of receipt of merchandise.

For any complain, please call 305-9448202 or E-mail us to:hatsandhats@hotmail.com  . Returns except special order or custom made are allowed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be in NEW condition with all tags attached. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Any “unauthorized returns” will be returned to customers at their expense or discarded.

INSPECT IMMEDIATELY : If an order was fulfilled incorrectly, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. Otherwise, we will assume that there is no problem with the order. .

RETURN SHIPPING COST


Customer will be responsible for all the return/exchange shipping costs, unless it’s our mistake.
